BusinessNZ’s NZ Energy Future Debate
With the November election fast approaching, energy has become a critical issue. The next government must contend with affordability pressures, security of supply, reducing emissions, responding to rapidly changing technologies – and changing demand.
The NZ Energy Future Debate will bring together Ministers and energy spokespeople from New Zealand’s major political parties to set out, challenge and defend competing visions for the future.
Moderated by Lloyd Burr, the debate offers the energy sector, business community and wider stakeholders a rare opportunity to hear directly from political leaders about their priorities amid the trade-offs and choices facing New Zealand.
